I have that exact setup. Very nice. Super stiff, yet still pretty light. No braking problems with the supplied Tangente Platinum Pro (silver) brake pads and I'm a heavier rider that typically rides in Marin area (hilly N. CA). As long as you brake smart, it's totally fine. Not sure of the exact weight but I imagine there will be a small amount of variance depending on frame size. I ride a 58cm. I'll try to get an exact weight and pic for you later this week.
There are definitely lighter wheelsets out there but I also do triathlons so the 404 CC was a great "do it all" wheel. For non-windy days, throw a wheel cover on the back and you're good to go. I don't regret the purchase for a second.
