Very nice elapid. We live part time in Grand Junction. I was riding up in the Monument the day you all came through. I was pretty tired of waving by the time I got done. :)
BTC is a good event and I have enjoyed it 3 times myself.
Grand Mesa is one of my favorites too. Here is a pic from Grand Mesa on one of my Cervelo rides last fall.
Sure have enjoyed the pics from around the world.
Nice pics, elapid. Vermont looks like a nice place to ride.
Thanks to elapid and all others for the beautiful shots. Keep on posting...
This shot was taken just outside Tourozelle,in the Languedoc in France miles and miles of roads through some of the most beautiful towns and villages in france, fabulous food and wine and lovely temps.

Rode up Tujunga Canyon to Bear Divide. It was around 107 degrees here. Lots O' Rocks in other sections.
It was easily 15 degrees cooler here than in the pic above ( 4 miles later and almost 1,000 ft higher).
I've ridden over 9,500 miles in the past few years, and I actually had to use a boot for the first time. This cut my ride short. No Camp 9 today. :(
Little video... The Sheriff's where using their helo to deliver equipment or something to the Forest Service peeps. It was pretty windy up here.
Saturday Long Ride. This is the first lookout on Cypress Mountain in West Vancouver. About 45K into a 99K ride. You can see I was working the hill ;-)
Went out for a little 18 miler.. 104 degrees on the flats, and up to 113 on the climbs. A bit warm with head winds on some of the climbs.
The last 4 or 5 times I've done this route I've seen the same female roadie going the opposite direction on usually the same stretch of road. Always a mutual friendly wave.
Not quite a picture, but...
