Just curious and naive I guess... how is hanging the bars on a fence going to put less pressure / create less damage than turning it upside down with "padding" of some sort.

PS  My SLT loves to be on her back so I can rub her belly sometimes... HA

Finally took some photos of my bike in Richmond Park, London today. Its a beautiful place but gets pretty crowded when the weather is nice. You have to watch out for deer too, their traffic sense is terrible.

The issue isn't pressure on the parts, but rather keeping dirt out of the shifters and off the saddle, and preventing scraping them both.

Here's a picture when I was riding my bicycle last week and the week before that. In Sweden on the island of Gotland in the Baltic sea.

Your picture must be on the web somewhere - personal homepage, photo sharing site such as flickr, photobucket, etc. Click on the photo icon in the message composition toolbar (image of a tree). Paste URL in appropriate spot.

Still can't figure out how to put a picture in from flickr. I pasted the URL into the place shown, hit insert, nothing happened. It's not a great picture anyway! Picture is looking West from near the top of "The Maum", a hill on a back road between Drummin and Louisburgh, both in County Mayo, Ireland. You can see the ocean in the distance under that mean rain cloud that was following me. Managed to stay ahead of it... The picture doesn't really show how steep the place is. OK, it's not Alpe d'Huez but I'm not exactly a pro...

To insert an image you need to paste the URL of the image file location, not that of the fllickr page showing it.

Right clicking on the image in FireFox and selecting 'copy image location' gets me this URL -> http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3244/2694787119_0d5d1006c8.jpg?v=0

Which I can then insert as an image like this...

One of these days I would love to visit my homeland. I am Scotch-Irish, but my family has been here since before 1776.
