    1. made the frame out of carbon
    2. gave it Zipp disc wheels and Shimano Dura-Ace
    3. ALL of Team CSC was riding it
    4. wait for it...

    So how fast could it go if all of the above came true?

    One can only dream...

    I wouldn't want to be the one facing backwards down a mountain pass!

    Might be great in a flat, non-technical TT though! 

    For years my friends and I have been considering renting a couple of those 4 wheeled tourist surreys and swapping the pedals for clipless and having a match race crit on them. . .
