I think the biggest issues you will have is the short wheel base causing toe overlap and the fact you have to use side loading water cages but that should be it. These two issues are common to all smaller frames.

I've been on my mine now for 2 years or so and absolutely love it..The toe overlap does take some getting used to and still does catch me out every now and again. Although you don't need a side loading water cage at all, I use a tacx and it works just fine, don't know where that came from.
