Well I posted a similar reply on th other related thread but....
I decided to try the new Easton EC 90 SLX fork that I had purchased for my older Serotta. By sheer conicidence, the steer tube length turned out to be identical for the two bikes.
In every kind of climbing, descending, sprinting, flat riding I can do, I can tell no difference between the Easton SLX and the Wolf SL forks except they sound different and I had to adjust the brake pads by about 5 mm. I think I can feel a little difference in terms of side winds when riding no hands........the Easton seems a bit less afftected. Go figure.
I am on a 51 cm, 5' 7" , 150 lbs. and almost 60 yrs old and ride hard mostly in the Sierras but I probably don't put the forces on it that many can.
When the replacement Funda comes I'll put that on and see if I can tell anything.
As far as looks go, the bare Easton could look great to me with my R3 SL if they would approve having it clear coated by my auto body friend. I'll ask them abou that first.
