 Wow! Looks nice, and I believe that is indeed the P4C, the cut away downtube being the main indicator.

 Also, note the conspicuous absence of brake calipers. Interesting considering the patents that Cervélo have filed.

Is the cutout at the bottom of the downtube for their custom drinking system that fills in the area to create a more aero frame. I have looked at the picture blown up and it does appear that there is a brake behind the BB. There is a little white mark that looks like it is a brake pad holder?
