Hey Ricky ,its an one piece sadlepost with clearcoat.And the first edition of the S3 came with the team funda.I was told that the sadle post was the new style.So best of both!

My S3 has the Team Funda Fork as well.  I did not realize the S3 is speced with the Pro now.  I checked the web site, and sure enough, it is the Pro.  I have the non glossy seat post.

RNSTO...What's your frame S/N?  Mine ends in 00035, that should be close to a first edition but I got the Funda Pro and a non-glossy post.

 True...mine has only FUNDA written on it.  I am assuming it is the pro because mine weighted 369 grams uncut.  The 3T website has the Team at 335 grams and the PRO at 375 grams.  Although, now that I look at them on the 3T website, they are shown unpainted.  My fork has the White Olympic paint on it...could this white paint account for 34 grams?

 RNSTO...mine would have worked fine too.  After all, there is no physical contact between the spokes and the chainstay.  I opted not to use it because of a recommendation by a Cervelo customer service rep.  He indicated that if for some reason during a ride the wheel goes out of true (i.e. a broken spoke), chances are very high that you may have physical interference with the chainstay.

 Not sure which to be honest - I guess the paint could cause the 34 gram increase. Anyway, I have the Funda Pro (marked up as "Funda") as a replacement for my Wolf SL - and mine came in at 364 grams uncut. FWIW the bit that I cut off (the steerer) weighs in at 2.5 grams per cm. This might help (again I guess) in determining the type. That said, I would imagine that if it really was a team fork then it would say.

My opinion about a broken spoke or what so ever is ,that when you have one the change of damage would always be there . specialy with wheels and less spokes. If it s the team fork it would be mentioned Prolene has got the olympic and ive the black/grey one.both have team on the fork. And so are all the S3 i have seen.

same for mine!! I think it's for sure Pro.  If 3T has team edition for S3 in white paint, as my frame is white one, I would definitely buy one.
