I recently acquired a 2007 R3 with the FSA SL-K seatpost.  Can anyone please provide advice on finding or adapting a rear flasher/taillight to fit what I believe is this 32.4 diameter seatpost?

These are brilliant (Knog lights), I am sure you must be able to get them in the USA, but if not I think that Wiggle are pretty good at shipping to the US. The best thing about them is that they leave no marks (they are just silicon) and can wrap around most things. Not sure if they would work for an SLC / S-series, but for an R3, particularly with a 32.4mm seatpost they work a treat.

Now, I'm informed that it may not be 32.4, but 31.6

I'd spend what's necessary within reason.  Anything under $75 would be acceptable.

 Love 'em from personal experience!  They go and fit anywhere on the bars and seatpost (at least round ones)!  I would bet you could find a way to get them to fit... I dunno it they would stretch all the way around an aero sp, but... they are pretty darn stretchy.  Mayby at the top of the seatstays... I will go try one and update.

Go for the Knog Frog as mentioned above, it fits virtually any seatpost, helmet, frame, it's lightweight and quite cheap (around US$ 10-15).

 

 

I had one of these Bike Planet tail lights which was about $15 CDN at MEC. Probably one of the brightest rear lights I have seen at such a low price.
