    Forks Creaking

I have a 2006 Soloist Carbon. In the last couple of months the bike makes a lot a creaking noises - especially when I get out of the saddle. I have had the headset looked at and the BB - no issues. Could it be the forks? The creaking is not immediate and seems to "come on" as my ride progress. I have looked at the forks and can't see anything but am getting worried that there could be a hairline crack in them.

     Anyone else had anything similar?

If it is happenning after some time riding sounds like a bearing problem maybe wheel bearings need looking at check skewers not to tight or loose, contact points clean, check stem bolts torqe etc doesn''t sound like a fork problem cervelo's are very acoustic frames good look finding the prob

Happened to me a lot in the same manner when I had the Wolf SL fork.  It was always a matter of re-seating the the front wheel  with slightly changing the tightness of the quick release, sometimes a bit tighter or looser.....just change did it.   Then it would come back sometime later...days....redo, gone again.

PS  This was also happenng in the rear more recently.......loose derrailler hanger bolts.
