Crash Replacement will vary from region to region at the discretion of your distributor.  If you are located out side of North America, I recommend that you consult the Contact Us Page to find the information for your local distributor.  It is also a good idea to visit your local Cervelo Dealer.

No.  The factory is 35%.  Dealers can add onto that discount if they like.  But you will get 35% regardless.

 Well, you say that, but I've heard a couple of reports of riders here in the UK being told (I assume by the distributor here) that the discount only applies in North America, and isn't available here. That's why I was interested to hear David's response.

A crash replacement policy is at the discretion of your local distributor.  If you have been in a crash situation or simply forgot that your bike was still on your roof rack when entering that garage, I recommend that you contact your local Cervelo Dealer and your Local Distributor to see what they can do for you.  It is tough to speak accurately about a specific crash replacement on a global forum so the distributor is really your best source for information.
