I have signed up for the Etape to the Tourmalet for 2010.  Very pumped about it.  I registered as an "entry-only" spot with a tour company.  If you get it as part of a tour package, they give you private feeds, water, etc.

For those of you who have done the Etape, how are the regular (included with regular entry) feedzones like?  What kind of food/drinks/supplies do they give you?  Also, what mechanical support, if any, do they provide?
