You probably need to get another fit done. If you have had a professional fit and then start to play around with it (which you probably should - there is a big difference between how a bike feels sitting on it for 30 minutes on a trainer in a store and how it feels after 5 hours of climbing hills in the saddle), mark the previous fit with some tape, then you can adjust it back if you need to.

get a pro fit! find a shop or fit studio that use Serotta or Retul fit systems and schedule a session. I mention these two only because they have extensive training programs for the folks using their stuff, I'm sure there are other quality fit systems around. They should provide you with a fit sheet at the end of your session. The fit sheet comes in handy when replacing components or traveling with your bike. Your fit changes over time and is influenced by increase or decrease in weight, injury, flexibility changes and age. Many of the shops offer fit adjustments for free or at a steep discount.

If you had a real fitting done, then either you, the fitter, or both should have a copy of the fit measurements.  If they just did a quick fit to help you out then probably not, then you probably are best off the get re-fit as already mentioned.

Deepcover is right that it is ok to play with your fit as time goes on.  But I would argue that 95% of the time it is not needed and is not best, as long as you had a good fitter who listens to you and your needs and takes time to work it all out in the fit.  But there are those 5% who are so aware of their bodies that they can fine tune the fit very well.  So if you play with you fit when you get it where you think you want to leave it, get a check up by your fitter just to make sure you did not do something that will develop a problem.
