I asked this in another thread but it may have been overlooked. The R3 SL leapt up in price from 08 to 09 by £600.00 (25% increase) whereas the R3 and RS prices only went up by £200 (10%) and £100 (6%) respectively. This makes me wonder if there was more than just changing the white graphics to silver between the 08 and 09? I'm thinking of buying an 08 model for a good price which is why I'm asking this question. Could it be because Sastre won the TdeF on an 08 so Cervelo thought they could get away with charging more?
