Here's mine. Purchased just the frame and fork and built up with leftovers from the garage. It's got Dura Ace 8/9/10 speed on it and the handle bar tape is by 3M. Shown with the training wheels. Got a pair of Nimble Crosswinds for time trialing.

10 speed is cheap on a TT bike. The bar ends are only $70 on eBay and they you just need a cassette and chain. The DA 9spd dérailleurs  work  just fine.

The crank is going to be replaced with a 7800 Dura Ace also. The 8 speed has got too much extra weight with the square taper BB.

FUBAR - with Wolf SL's - does that mean they are definately back on all supplied frames from now on?

I bought mine from Competitive Cyclist mail order out of Arkansas. Looks like from their website that they are shipping SL's.

    Johnw,

It's a 56. Put it together last night. Haven't adjusted for fit yet, need to throw some new pedals on this weekend and start dialing in.

Too bad the Wolf SL doesn't come in a white color...it would match that white frame beautifully.

I agree, a white fork would look best. Though after seeing it with the black fork up close it's not a show stopper. The black fork looks sharp too. I think I'll put black tape on the bars eventually which I think will tie in with the fork nicely.

Don't forget, you can't really wear coloured shorts with a white saddle, as I've heard from people the colour stains the saddle.

I ride a White Selle San Marco MG Magma saddle with black shorts, red shorts, blue shorts. The saddle after 3000 kms is still white. It's alcantra covering. They turn color (stain) if you try to do some cyclocross action with it, or you like to ride in the rain in mud. I choose to ride in fair weather only. Else it's the mountain bike.

I've been playing rugby since I was 12.  The damage on my legs and body have been devastating.  I've recently torn my PCL and compressed two of my lumbar Vertibraes, my cervelo have been a life saver.  During the off season, this is my low impact training to stay in shape and help me get ready for the next season without risking more injury.  I love this bike.

    Re: Picture of your Cervelo

I'm worried that I may have too many spacers in place in my SL fork as well.  Here's the pic.

It looks like with the 2cm and 1 cm spacer shown above, the headset cup (???) of 2.5 cm, and the 3.5 cm of the stem itself, I am at 9cm/90mm from frame to top of stem.  Am I reading all this information from Gerard and the manual correctly?  This bike was built by an authorized Cervelo dealer and has already been glued - if there is a problem here I would go back to them and demand a new stem.  The only option seems to be to get a new fork, remove the 2cm spacer, and maybe flip the stem to get back a little of the height - or am I out to lunch?  This is already on a 58cm frame.  We were going to swap in the ultegra build up from a 56 except that one already had the fork cut down and wouldn't give me this adjustment on the 58.
