Size is a 58. I considered a 56 (I'm 6-1 w/ 34" inseam) but decided on the 58 to raise the front end up a little higher, w/ a shorter stem to offset the extra reach. Even w/ that, it's still a little lower in front than my previous TT ride... no doubt it's faster, but it's taking a little getting used to the extra strain in the glutes & hammys from bending down more.
Wheels are older, pre-dimpled Zipp 404's (sorry, Redcorn) w/ the decals removed. I weigh ~175 and have toasted a few wheels over the years, but I'm usually pretty careful and haven't had any problems w/ these yet, only using them for races. Got a good deal on them after the dimpled versions came out, otherwise ~$2K wheels just ain't in the cards for me. I'm looking at a cheaper/lighter conventional-build Al-rim wheel w/ a disc cover to put on the rear for flat races next.
Had the Arione less than a full season so far; it's actually the Tri 2 model w/ the extra nose padding. Prior to that, I rode the SLR T1. Kinda mixed on the two... I like the extra length and "flatter" (less sculpted) shape of the Arione, good for scooching fore/aft on the fly to adjust slightly for fatigue and/or variations in wind/terrain. On the minus side, it's not as forgiving on my sit bones; the T1 was definitely softer, especially up forward on the nose, but then the trade-off was most of the time in the mid-position the nose felt too wide so I was either pedaling "bowlegged" or rubbing too much. I realize engineering both extra cush and narrow profile are somewhat exclusive, so the quest for perfection continues...
