Wow, that SLC SL is fantastic looking with the LightWeight wheels.

How much does it weigh? Do the SRM cranks add much to the weight?

    Nice Cervelo!

I did some calculations, thats a pricey bike!

Question, the srm is a nice training setup... but we dont wanna train on lightweight tubulars do we?

The weight (with speedplay Ti pedals) = 6,1 kg

Not bad for a size 61 with SRM system on.

I do ride those LW's a lot (what else if you have them ;) ) but now and then I ride my Zipps 404 clinchers, this adds a bit of weight.

This with Ultremo's what gives the UCI weight of 6,8 kg.

not bad. 61 is big, and that srm is heavy. how much does your crankset weight?

oh my, poor ts-biker has to go from his lightweights to 1650gram wheelsets... That must be really rough sir. I bet the bike is still fast tho :P

I wonder what your bike would be like with a ZIPP VUMA QUAD crankset mwuhahaha

I had a clavicula on before ... think I'm gonna try the new Easton EC90 cranks when they are available.

I builded my R3SL especially for the expo in Brussels (october '07) to be the lightest one on the expo. (size 61)

Javier Gomez's Olympic Tri Bike. Nice custom paint job. I love the HED wheels.

..and look at the seatstays, that isn't an SLC SL, it's something shiny and new!

I notice that the cables are routed into the top tube, but the downtube cable routing holes are still present.  Was this done aftermarket or by Cervelo?  Also, it could be the white paint against the white background, but the rear chainstays look a bit different.  Am I seeing things?

How much does a Soloist Team size 58 weigh with Wolf fork?

    Re: Picture of your Cervelo

My Cervelo Soloist Team is a 61cm with Wolf CL fork (with steel steerer I think, I'm pretty sure it's not alum and I know it's not carbon), Ultegra, LOOK Keo, Easton Circuit wheels, etc. fully built up as shown in the photo 2 posts above was just over 17 pounds.  Not the lightest, but I'm 225lbs and I can drop the weight on me.  I didn't weigh the frame/fork combo alone. I will tell you that the seatpost weighs a ton.  I've considered replacing with a carbon one, but I'm ok with it for now.

I love my '08 Soloist Team (grey anodized)! I rode a SLC SL pimped out with Zipp wheels and SRAM Red shifters, and quite frankly, while it was nice light and comfy, it wasn't nice enough that I would spend $5000 more on it than the Team. I currently own 4 bikes and I will say that the Soloist Team is the best money I've ever spent on a bike.
