Can anyone tell me where to get? Thank you.

 The R3 had gray paint?  I don't recall this.  I though before switching to white that they were nude carbon with red trim. 

Where is my brain? You are correct- it's carbon with a clear coat. I got an email response from Cervelo and they reco'd touching up with auto clear coat. Perfect. Thank you.
