They also have stiffer, less supple side walls. I would want to see a comparison that showed there was no loss of speed from a tubeless tire, because my understanding of how this works leads me to suspect that tubeless tires will have a higher rolling resistance.

I am not sure what the correct terminology is. What is the "slack" in between the start of your pedal stroke and the point at which the bottom bracket engages called? Is this adjustable on a Rotor 3D+ BB?

Post when you find out what Cervelo will do. I am interested in hearing how they choose to address the fact that you paid for a frame with an SL fork. In another thread a poster wrote that Cervelo had replaced his R3 Team with a base R3 frame, giving him no credit at all for having purchased the more expensive Team frame.

Does anyone else buy Cervelo's position that the SL fork was a free upgrade and therefore not considered in the warranty 2012 R3 Team frame?

I want to toss this out one more time. Other than aesthetics, is there a reason you cannot run a 28 mm rear tire and a 25 mm front tire? It seems like this would give you much of what you would want the 28 mm tires for....
