 Happened to me a lot in the same manner when I had the Wolf SL fork.  It was always a matter of re-seating the the front wheel  with slightly changing the tightness of the quick release, sometimes a bit tighter or looser.....just change did it.   Then it would come back sometime later...days....redo, gone ...

Just my opinion.  The seat isn't a POC, it isn't you, it isn't the seat and they don't break in much.   It is just not the right seat for you.  Go out and find the right one and put that one up on ebay or Craig's.  Many good shops allow a good tryout with returns and even some online sites like Comp ...
