If you open up the caliper to it's maximum diameter, ie loosen the cable completely and open the QR, and they still wont fit then you'll need to change your calipers I'm afraid. I've got a variety of cassettes which I use. SRAM do an 11-27 combo which is really nice although I've started to question the usefulness of having an 11 tooth unless you have a compact chainset. I do think there is a big difference going from 25 to 27 though and you'll definitely notice it.  I'd say go for the 11/27 or 12/27 ...
