Got a Fact Sheet from my dealer:

    1. Entirely hand-made at the Project California design facility from

almost 500 individually-cut pieces of carbon prepreg. Each Rca frameset

requires multiple days of highly skilled hand labor to create.

    2. Every piece of material is individually weighed before layup; each

frame and fork is weighed before and after paint and again after final

assembly to ensure maximum uniformity of the final product. Frames or

forks with more than 15 grams variance are rejected and destroyed.

    3. Boron-filament reinforced Project California Fork is 15% stiffer

laterally and 7% more compliant longitudinally, improving ride quality in

both planes. Further, weight is significantly reduced by 12%.

    4. Strengthened top and down tubes improve impact resistance.

There is nothing that indicates it's an S5. That is the Rca fact sheet from over a year ago.

This is for the next Rca. I don't believe it's an old sheet either. It has a pic which is slightly different than the current Rca and it also says "Available for Order: Immediately" and "In Stock: October 2014."

David Byer, on the "new cervelo s5" thread mentions both a new RCa and a new S5, so they do not seem to be one and the same.

There appear to be some photos of the new Rca (alongside a bunch of the new S5) in the linked gallery (tout en français):

the "naked look" is pretty cool on the RCA, don't know how well the red on the fork will go over though.
