    True gravel bike

Anyone know if Cervelo might produce a true gravel bike? The C-series bikes look like they could handle some offroading, but I get the impression that is not their true calling.

Head across to OPEN and get yourself an UP or UPPER. Designed by Gerald Vroomen, so its got Cervelo DNA! You can see it in the seat stay design in particular - got a very R3/R5 vibe about it in the rear end.
That's what you get when you suffer - you get results

Yeah....but by the time you build up the Open frame, it can be 2x more expensive than a C3 with the Ultegra build.......

Can I ask if it will be a pure cyclocross bike, or if it will be a gravel bike....and how solid is this rumor?

I saw it listed on the UCI approved bikes for 2019.. There’s an article on road.cc about it
