Wow, just wow! It's fully assembled to ride now. The cables have to be shortened after the stem length decision for an easy balance on the rocket. 11cm seems to work fine, uphill out of the saddle is to check to be shure .. oSo >>

The mechanic I trust asked me to assist the build. I was happy about that and a little bit proud.

Black bar tape is now added, a 53 chainring, 11 - 23 cassette, time rxs pedals, flite saddle, stem lenght seems to work, cables have to be shortened after some test rides .. oSo >>

Wow lovely looking steed. I've had two S5's and last year bought a S3. All great bikes. Very pleased with the S3 and have no plan's to buy again in the near future - - - but that new S5 is so very tempting. I believe the S3 and S5 are quite similar in stiffness and weight and the S3 may have a slight compliance advantage but is less aero (more in the Venge area based on the Tour Mag test). Still one sexy looking functional work of engineering! Congradulations.

I've built mine up and went out for a short test today. I think we're going to get along just fine :-)

I am so jealous! If after riding it around, you are not happy with it, and don't want it, I would be happy to take it off your hands - a 58 is just my size! ;-)

@ 1UCLAman Sorry, did a short 1h ride on my 5 minutes way to work today, it's pretty cold with the wind chill at 0°C. Not one bad noise, just the Starship Enterprise WARP Engine sound of the HED's flat out, downhill & uphill .. oSo >>

Nice, I was wondering when we'd see pictures of the new S5. I think it would look great with de-badged Zipps.

I'll put Zipps on it with the white logo if I had a 2015 S5 (I like the color scheme on the Dura Ace builds). I think it matches great with the white Cervelo logo on the black frame. However, I'm curious about what a de-badged or black Zipp logo would look too.

Those look like Enves. I like that look the best. I'm planning to run de-badged Zipp 404's on my 2015 S2 (whenever I can find a good deal on a set.)
