Any adjustments/modifications made after getting it out of the shop?

... him dissing his sponsor speaks so much about him and any win weighs nothing to me anymore :)

I am still trying to make sense of this thread :) OP decided to buy, imported vehicle to France then ask for feedback? Not quite the order of events one would expect. And on this forum too :) Sorry. Just me thinking out loud.

I think you quoted the wrong post. It is AlpeDHuez who mentioned his/her chainstay broke.

Each has valid points. I guess it just boils down to the level of comfort one has in using pricey carbon-framed bikes on trainers. Similar to how people debate on the use of carbon handlebars over aluminum. It's one of those love it or hate it kind of thing.
Now to our OP's initial question, trainers are not bike specific. Depends ...

Warranty wise, what is Cervelo's current position on this? They're not in the trainer-friendly/unfriendly list in this somewhat outdated article https://zwiftinsider.com/trainer-use-warranty/

I agree with the use of direct drive trainers like TACX Neo and steel/aluminum-framed bikes. Just dial the trainer bike in to your carbon bike's config. Now while cheaper than TACX Neo, I read a lot of negative feedbacks on TACX Flux.

Excel Sports currently has the HED Jet 6 Plus on sale for USD998, down from USD1,400). Maybe Don can give a better price to our OP? Or not? :) This of course is just assuming our OP is considering the brand and model.

Thanks both. I checked with local shops and they do not have it at hand. I'll try and get an old gear cable and strip it. If all else fails, I'll get some
strong magnet to do the trick trick. Thanks again!

I need to replace my internally routed cables. I am wondering where I can get those thin tubing that is normally being used to slide over the old cable to aid in replacing internally routed cables. Thoughts? Appreciate your assistance.
